Biography

Pamela Kaplan is a Senior Executive in CPG with 20 years experience in growing luxury companies. She is an expert in both Finance and Operations. Pam started her career in public accounting where she received her CPA.  She spent 12 years at LVMH Fashion Group at Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, and Fendi responsible for hiring and leading the teams, analyzing, strategizing, implementing best practices as well as the ERP system before moving over to Retail for 4 years. 
 
Pam returned to her Finance roots at Chloe overseeing Finance and Operations which included Business Operations as well as the real estate and store build-outs.  Pam went on to become Managing Director and first employee in the US at Delvaux, tasked with creating the strategy and operations for the US launch and Canada business.
 
Over the past 3 years, after relocating to LA, she has been consulting for companies, helping start-ups (small & big) analyze and set up their businesses for scaling.
