Anheuser-Busch’s ‘Satin Sheets’ Rates Most Popular During Super Bowl

St. Louis-based Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc. won USA Today’s Super Bowl Ad Meter for the fourth year in a row. Its “Satin Sheets” ad was voted the most popular commercial, with a rating of 9.11 out of 10, according to the poll. In addition, four Anheuser-Busch commercials ranked in the top five airing during the game.

The world’s largest brewer won last year for its commercial featuring Cedric The Entertainer; in 2000, for its commercial featuring Rex the movie dog chasing a beer truck; and in 1999 for its commercial featuring Dalmatians separated at birth.

One-hundred-and-eighty-eight volunteers in McLean, Va.,
rated the commercials.
