Biography

Ian is always looking for new possibilities, preferably those few others are looking at. Whether he helps your organization see and act on your highest possibilities and innovations or launches his own disruptive ventures, his passion for discovering what is possible burns bright. With a background as an organizational psychologist, he’s better known as a ‘possibility expert’. He believes that everything that will ever be possible is already possible, we just have to learn to think differently in order to reveal and act on those possibilities.
