Brad Halverson is an executive leader with 30+ years of brand marketing, product, and
operational expertise in grocery, retail, and technology.
As Principal of Clearbrand CX, Brad helps grocers and retailers transform and grow business via
customer-centricity, differentiation, and a data-driven approach. Clearbrand CX provides store
design, brand building, research, end-to-end CX [customer experiences], and digital + unified
commerce solutions.
Brad also serves as Advisor to R10x, a retail customer platform for grocery stores, shoppers,
and CPG’s.
Brad was on the executive leadership team at high-quality grocer Metropolitan Market [Seattle]
and has served in multiple share groups of independent grocers for 20+ years. Prior, Brad was
part of start-ups and B2B growth companies in high-speed networks and programming for the
cable tv industry. His career foundation started at Nordstrom during their high-growth years as
one of the most loved and customer-centric retail brands.
